Saturday 7 September 2019 – The 2019 Runway Dinner. From 6.00 enjoy dinner on our runway – you can either choose the VIP table or wander around our food stalls to pick your favorite dinner to enjoy on the runway. Children’s entertainment, static aircraft and more. After dinner gather around the dry bars to finish the night listening to the live music.

On the Menu:
Antipasto Grazing Platters Served on the Table with:
- Cold meats: Italian salami, cabanossi and smoked ham
- Grilled roasted vegetables and marinated vegetables; including olives, semi-dried tomatoes, grilled zucchini, capsicum and marinated mushrooms
- Hommus dip
- Aged cheddar and gourmet cheeses
- Assortment of crackers and breads
Second Course: (alternate drop)
- Twice cooked duck served on a spiced poached pear and petite rocket salad (GF) (DF) or
- Caramelized onion, goat’s cheese and slow roasted tomato tart with wild rocket and balsamic reduction. (veg)
Third Course: (alternate drop)
- Oven roasted prosciutto wrapped chicken breast with orange & herb scented potato rosti finished with roasted red pepper sugo (GF) or
- Garlic, soy & ginger glazed pork belly served on Asian greens with aromatic rice noodles
Completed with Dessert Grazing Station including petite desserts and boutique treats.
